Vor Ort soll nach Möglichkeit der Präsentations-PC genutzt werden. Auf diesem kann mit den Formaten PDF, PPT, PPTX präsentiert werden. Wir stellen auch einen Presenter (Logitech Spotlight) bereit.
Alternativ kann das eigene Notebook verwendet werden. Hierzu liegt ein HDMI-Kabel bereit. Außerdem muss auf dem Notebook Zoom installiert sein, um die Präsentation entsprechend zu streamen.
Um allen Teilnehmenden Zugriff auf die Folien zu ermöglichen, bitten wir darum, dem Organisationsteam (E-Mail) die Folien im PDF-Format am Vortag zur Verfügung zu stellen.
